★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disgusting 7-11 I have ever seen. I don't think any surface has been cleaned in a very long time. Floors were sticky, garbage overflowing with random sticky stuff spilling out of them. The slurpee machines are awful. The handles are black with filth and sticky sludge. I don't even want to imagine what the bathrooms are like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointing visit. I do not appreciate being overcharged on my small order by $2.50 the girl insisted that she put in my discount. I normally never ask for a receipt but this time I did. Totally ridiculous. I knew something was wrong. This is the second time this has happened to be and I most certainly will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 24 hours a day and couldn't get my coffee at 3:45 in the morning cuz the doors were locked and they were busy mopping floors. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes before I could come inside. D
id not have time to wait I drive a truck and had to be on my way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually don't expect much out of a convience store- even more so 7-Eleven- they seem to mess up every Skip order. Ordered some taquitos, wings and some energy drinks and got two cartons of milk and beef jerky instead. Wild stuff lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerks/owners are very shady here. They short change, over sell and under deliver. They rely that they are so busy that you won't notice. Last Example of many is that the last times I was there for hot food they convinced me to buy more for minimal extra charge but never delivered. Caught them the other day, now that I know to check, was convinced to buy 2 corn dogs for $5 but only got one despite being charged for 2. Keep an eye on them. The rip offs add to their revenue and products but gouge customers wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!! I ordered though skip the dishes. A box of lucky charms cereal for my son, and a Terry's chocolate orange (Christmas special)... I got 2 bars of Charleston chews and captain crunch. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. If you didn't have the items call your customers, don't guess what they like or, try and getting something similar. Like really what a joke . These items aren't even close by the way.
I called to ask, the guy couldn't speak English nor understand me three times I asked and they just hung up. This is Canada, learn the language and respect us Canadians.
I would love a gift card. Or a full refund. Skip only offered so much, I'm not satisfied. As a business owner my self, I chat with staff that get complaints. And make sure it doesn't happen in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t allow customer access to washroom. Too lazy to clean it? Clerk said there is no washroom. She sounded unsure when she said it. Obviously there is one, with no out of order sign. Found this out after putting $400 in gas here (2 vehicles).
