★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basco replaced the double pane glass for most of the windows in our house, and recaulked the exterior cladding. They were timely and did a great job. Over 60 windows with grills were replaced, and the dimensions and grill alignment were correct for all of them. Overall very impressed with Simon, Michael and the team.

We checked out the different companies and these guys had the best reviews. Everyhing we read on the reviews was true. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend to anyone.

The technician diagnosed the problem immediately why some casement windows were not closing properly and repaired them in the most economical way with excellent result. The technician’s experience with windows was evident, which apart from the work, he answered other questions on our aging windows and could make recommendations. Very delighted and satisfied customer.

I was lucky to find Basco, and they replaced the broken plastic part and ensure the seal was tight. It was a reasonable cost when comparing to the cost of replacing the entire window. But what I like most is their solid end to end process and communication.

The home visit and measurement resulted in glass replacement that fit perfectly the first time. One small damage issue during installation that Basco dealt with without aurgument. Overall this is great value. Wish we had done it much earlier.
