★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an interview for the position of Behaviour Specialist/Child and Youth/Developmental Service Worker. We mat at a public setting, which I was fine with. I met with Margaret Lindsay, who is a recruiter for Bartimaeus Inc. During the process of the interview, I was discriminated because of my sexual orientation. Ms. Lindsay made a few stereotype comment about my sexuality and mentioned that she would not feel comfortable of pursuing the interview any further because my sexuality would reflect on the job position and my rapport with the clients that they support. After being discriminated because of my sexuality, she clearly mentioned that I should look for employment outside of Simcoe County since there is more opportunity for people like "you".
