Her ability to put you at ease is so comforting. You can tell that she is really listening with purpose and finds the most perfect words to guide you through your own thoughts. She is a gem.

My wife often says that she wishes I listened better, or that we had more meaningful conversations, like we used to when we first met. This has been common especially since having our son. We always seem too tired to really talk. Amber told me about her communication workbook for parents and right then I knew Heather would love it. However, I wasn't so sure when giving it as a Mother's Day gift, but when I explained what it was, Heather said it was the best gift ever. We've been working through the book and Amber is always there if we have any questions. There's no secret potion in the book, it has simply made us more aware of one another and helped our communication. Thank you Amber.

I started off with Amber as a yoga student of hers, but even then knew she was destined for more. Now, I know her as an ambassador for mental health, a mind-fullness coach, parenting coach and someone you can talk to. Her genuine, heart-centered approach is what makes her stand out. You feel at ease with her. She has an ability to connect with people of all ages. I personally have used many of the tools outlined her book with my family and trust that you will too.
