Olga knew exactly what we needed to do to sell our condo quickly and stress free. She helped us with finding a staging professional and a photographer. Her knowledgeable professional experience and outstanding interpersonal and negotiating skills resulted in getting 3 offers in less than 24 hrs and with the highest price for the whole building (103% of the asking price!). We knew the home would receive multiple offers and we found her approach very welcoming.
