E	Eddy Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having an intense sharp pain on one of my tooth and so I found this place from Google. When I called the number, I was greeted by someone on the phone. The call got disconnected right away as soon as I tried to explain to them my situation. I have been trying to call the number back for the past several minutes and the phone line is either busy or my call gets disconnected. Needless to say, if the person answering the phone isn't going to be empathetic enough to listen to what I have to say, I can only imagine how they would treat me if I go in to see them. My suggestion would be to ensure that the person answering the phone to at least have a decent sense of humanity or patience in dealing with someone in pain.

The service was amazing and Dr. Richard and his staff are great. Not only did I not feel any pain during the extraction but when that anesthesia wore off I did not feel any lingering pain from the procedure. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs an emergency dental procedure.
E	Ejaz Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in yesterday because I had a SERIOUS emergency. My filling came out and my tooth was in pretty bad condition. I was literally in agony. These folks here are real professionals. Their process is timely - didn't find myself waiting for more than 6-7 minutes and they finished up their x-rays within 15-20 minutes. They told me to come back within a few hours, which is totally understandable given the fact they are one of the few dentists open during the pandemic. They gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Saw them again within 3 hours of my first visit. Was totally nervous, the dentist and assistants were awesome in cooling me off. It couldn't have taken longer than 45 minutes in total to complete the procedure. And I personally thought it was all-in, fairly priced. Don't go in if it's not absolutely necessary (given the current situation). But if it is - choose them.

I went to my regular dentist and had it checked out - after visual and X-ray inspection "Nothing wrong with the tooth, but maybe there is an invisible crack. But I can't pull it out!" Great wasted my time. Next step was to call around for an emergency dentist to pull it out! After dealing on the phone with one extremely rude receptionist at the closest clinic to my home, I made additional phone calls. Dr. Richard Thomas offered me the earliest appointment. I was at Emergency-Dental-365 in two hours,the office is very clean and modern with free parking. His X-ray did showed a small crack near the root., which could have broken during extraction. He was able to extract it intact, mind you it took some doing! My overall experience with Dr. Thomas was great!!! Pleasant person and skilled! I would highly recommend him.

I'm usually scared of the dentist in general, by he and team were calming, understanding and fast. Would really recommend if you have to use an emergency dental clinic.

He diagnosed the cause immediately and offered me pain relief which was a blissful comfort. I received a prescription and detailed instructions from the dentist and I was back to normal within a few days. I would not go anywhere else if I needed an emergency dentist again!
