They are so very friendly, supportive, informative and passionate about what they do and always aim to keep your pet's best interests first. Each time we call in to make an appointment or arrive to buy some food for our Chai we are always greeted by name and asked how we are all doing. You can't beat the service and the compassion. I happily recommend the Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for competitive prices, exemplary service and, most importantly, true care and concern for your pet's well-being. Our oldest daughter researched on the internet to find a reputable Vet, and she found Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Gordon and her staff were superb! We couldn't speak highly enough of their excellent professionalism, loving care, and kindness they've extended to our pet and her family :) Since we're new clients, the very competent Brenna gave us an amazing tour of their facility. We were very impressed with the high quality of their in-house diagnostic, medical, and surgical equipments. Very, very reassuring just in case, fingers crossed..... Eddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Barrhaven Veterinary Hospital after I moved to Barrhaven and was immediately impressed with how friendly they are, this being before my cat and two dogs were patients. It only got better from there. Everyone at this hospital are obvious animal lovers and understand that amazing relationships people have with their furry family members. After I moved out from Barrhaven, there was no question that Dr. Gordon and her team would remain my animals' doctor. My cat has gone through so much over the past two years and everyone has come to know him, treating us like a part of their family. I always look forward to our visits, though my cat might tell you otherwise, and leave feeling as though we got the best possible care out there. I recommended this hospital to a few friends and everyone agrees that there's nowhere else they'd take their pets. It's a very happy, optimistic, and warm environment. I can not say enough good things about them.

Had stopped in this morning in a panic with my dog, they unfortunately didnt have a dr in today but were very helpful and brought a sense of urgency to the situation and helped me out greatly with a referral to another clinic for emergencies. Brought my cat here as well for check ups and the staff are extremely kind and caring for the animals. Definitely suggest for those who are needing a clinic with reasonable prices and wonderful staff and doctors.

They always give him treats and make sure he is comfortable. They take the time to answer all my questions! They are really great.
S	Style Over Status on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this vet based on the good reviews on google and the lady at the front desk was extremely condescending to me. We have power of attorney over my elderly aunt and her animals, but she insisted my at-risk aunt or sick mother had to be there in person, during COVID! I asked for price quotes for very specific services, on bloodwork and x-ray per view. I am trained in animal medicine and am a cat rescuer - I know what the tests are. She refused to give me info. I said I need to know what the range would be before choosing to switch to your clinic, can the vet call me back later to discuss what we would do with this case? She told me that the vet was in emergencies all day and that he won’t be calling me back at all, and I should just go to another hospital. This is not professional - just because you keep your voice calm does not mean you are respecting customers. This is not providing accessibility to at risk elderly people. Extremely disappointed. The only places that refuse to quote basic services before the $97 consult fee is paid are in for a money grab - I expected more out of this clinic.
