They tell us how many times they will be by, they give us enough notice for us to remove our vehicles before they arrive to clear our driveway. I've contacted them by email and they replied within an hour. They are really polite and professional. This was our first time hiring them and it won't be the last time.

Over the past three winters we have been more than satisfied with the great service they provide. Not a single complaint. It was also a wonderfully kind gesture at the start of the pandemic shutdown when you offered your clients delivery of essentials. I have family nearby so didn’t need this, but some elderly folks may not have been so fortunate. Thank you all.

They have always been reliable and will come back several times a day if necessary. They make good use of modern communication methods and you will be notified about 30 mins before they arrive so you can remove cars or garbage containers from your driveway.

Didn't have a reason to call them so can't say anything about the customer service in case of any issues. I see no damage to our interlock drive. Like other reviews mentioned, there was always a bit of snow left near the garage door but this didn't bother me. The snow pile left by the city ploughs was always cleaned promptly.

They kept coming back, which was appreciated, because the city would pass by and block me in, which they are famous for. They are professional, responsible, responsive, timely, reasonable and ensure that individual needs are met considering that not everyone may be served in the first pass due to vehicles being parked on the driveway.
