They are incredibly busy, but always make sure you have the best and clearest advice possible. They are Barrhaven's treasure. We need more businesses and people like them.
J	Julien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ridiculous, back in the summer of 2018 I broke my wrist and went to seek help at this pharmacy since it was near the place where I broke my wrist. They refused to even give me an ice pack or a Tylenol for the pain because I "didn't have a card with their pharmacy" even though I have premium medical insurance in Canada. All that to say that the service was extremely poor & unhelpful. Imagine denying help to a respectful 17 year old boy who walks through your door with a dangling wrist & skin tone pale like a bed sheet.

I once was in urgent need to get my son's epipens Rx renewed but our Rx expired so they needed to fax the physician, etc. Everything was expedited so that my son was not out of his epipens (due to allergy). I also like how the pharmacists recognize me and always will spend a few minutes to chit chat. This is now our only go-to pharmacy for all our Rx needs. BTW they also have a handy app for tracking all Rx.

This pharmacy will go ABOVE and FAR BEYOND just to help you out and get things figured out for you. They care about the people who come through and they are all very very very nice. From the staff assisting the Pharmacist to the pharmacist themselves. I have been going here for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience here I have every month. They answer any questions I have asked of them and really know what they are doing. Best Pharmacy ever! Plus they have an app which makes refilling Rx easier and keeping track of what you have taken or taking currently easy as well!

It was a glitch on information that the company had on file and it he corrected it for me. This was a process and he went above and beyond making my life easier. I had been to previous pharmacies where they had told me that they just would not cover it anymore and I had been paying full price. Vijay took the time to explain things, look into it, and correct it with the company. The pharmacists and staff here are kind, return calls, and are prompt every and each time. They care. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you for providing such excellent service each and every time. You make a difference.

They are always on top of the prescriptions ordered and reordered and go the extra mile to help you understand instructions and make sure you get your medications on time and as quickly as possible in any manner possible.
