★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was terrible barely got to eat anything for my three night stay I do not eat healthy at home so why would I here and I don't want there jail food I am very disappointed and staff isn't that friendly either they could smile more!!!! I wouldn't recommend staying here!!

The staff are very well quailified and conducting themselves in nurturing manor that aids everyone from very young children to mature adults. They provide a very wide vareity of challenges and experiences in a community feeling atmosphere. Thank you so much for the experience Bark Lake. I swear on my lofe this not a false message. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best wedding I've been to. A weekend extravaganza with access to kayaks, volleyball, beach, fishing, and more. It put everybody into an awesome party mood that the staff were 100% willing to accommodate.
On a related note: staff, if you ever find my charcoal suit pants or my black Teva sandles, you know who to contact?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed a weekend long wedding for my daughter and 140 guests at Bark Lake. Without exception, everyone loved the venue and staff at Bark Lake. Staff worked from morning to night to make sure everyone was happy, accommodated every request, and did it with a smile on their faces. Overall, we were ecstatic with the level of service we received. Special thanks to Els, Angie, Mel, Amy, The Chef and to many other whose names we missed.
If you want a rustic wedding venue where you know you will be well looked after, we highly recommend Bark Lake.
