★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Là ça a dépassé les limites. Ma robinetterie de la cuisine a lâché pour la 2e fois, 1 mois après celle du sous-sol. J'ai eu un appel 17 jrs après avoir laissé des messages, avoir attendu en 3e ou 4e position pendant des heures... J'ai tellement été écoeuré que j'ai jeté la robinetterie Jalo défectueuse et j'ai accepté de me faire arnaquer par cette compagnie. Ils ne veulent pas honorer la garantie et leurs produits sont misérables.
There it went beyond the limits. My kitchen faucet dropped for the second time, 1 month after that of the basement. I had a call 17 days after leaving messages, waiting in 3rd or 4th position for hours ... I was so disgusted that I threw out the faulty Jalo taps and I agreed to get myself scammed by this company. They don't want to honor the warranty and their products are miserable.

Après deux ans d'utilisation, il y a une petite fuite entre la douche téléphone et le boyau. J'ai appelé la maison mère et on m'envoie la pièce gratuitement. Vraiment du bon service, je recommande cette marque. Merci à Carole très gentille au téléphone.
They honor their guarantee!
After two years of use, there is a small leak between the telephone shower and the hose. I called the parent company and I get the part for free. Really good service, I recommend this brand. Thanks to Carole, very nice on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY BARIL PRODUCTS!!! They are expensive and poorly made. When their products eventually fail on you, it is practically impossible to get parts from them.
I've been trying to get a part from them since October 2018. I still haven't received it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalo faucets. First time I bought them for my high end reno in May 2015 in Rona (Toronto) as of design and quality. Since then bought them several time for different projects. Resume: quality is perfect, solid look, heavy construction. Only Rona have them in stock as of September of 2019. Now I find out BarilDesign - these looks even better and I am going to try them. Thank you for your stunning design and quality.
