★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai téléphoné à cette entreprise à la suggestion de Brouillette portes et fenêtres et ce, pour la réparation d'un thermos d'une de nos fenêtres. J'ai du relancer à 3 reprises l'agente administrative qui s'engageait toujours à me rappeler lorsqu'elle aurait retrouvé notre ancienne facture, mais qui ne le faisait jamais... Finalement, lors de ma dernière relance téléphonique, la dame me propose d'envoyer un employé à mon domicile pour prendre les mesures de notre fenêtre.
Samedi matin, l'employé communique avec moi car il ne trouve pas notre maison. Je lui donne les indications. Quelques minutes plus tard, il me rappelle, il ne trouve toujours pas... Je confirme mon adresse. L'homme en question se rend compte qu'il cherche notre maison à Trois-Rivières alors que nous sommes à St-Étienne-des-Grès... Bien entendu, j'avais donné mon adresse à la dire agente plus d'une fois.... Finalement, ce dernier refuse de se déplacer chez nous alors que nous nous sommes rendus disponibles un samedi matin. Raison: il est à Trois-Rivières pour la journée... Est-ce que 15 minutes de voiture est si exagéré ? Avec la fusion des anciennes municipalités, se rendre dans certains secteurs de Trois-Rivières prend plus de temps que de se rendre à St-Étienne-des-Grès!
Lundi matin, je communique à nouveau avec l'entreprise pour prendre un nouveau rendez-vous et j'explique la situation vécue le samedi. Aucune excuse! L'agente administrative me répond qu'ils vont à St-Étienne-des-Grès une fois aux 3 mois et que ce sera long...
Je tente de partager mon insatisfaction tout en demeurant polie. La dame m'interrompt sans cesse. Bref, j'ai signifié à la dame que je ferais affaire avec une autre entreprise. Quel manque d'organisation et de respect....

Finally, the latter refuses to come to our place when we made ourselves available on a Saturday morning. Reason: he is in Trois-Rivières for the day ... Is 15 minutes by car too much? With the merger of the former municipalities, traveling to certain areas of Trois-Rivières takes longer than traveling to St-Étienne-des-Grès!

I try to share my dissatisfaction while remaining polite. The lady keeps interrupting me. In short, I told the lady that I would be doing business with another company. What a lack of organization and respect ...
