★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get a simple fade, unfortunately the girl that usually does my hair was taken, so I had to go with this other lady. I should've waited! This lady used a clipper that was pulling my hair out instead of cutting! Change your damn clipper woman! She's about to do my beard and I tell her are you sure you can do this! Hands shaking on my head, that's my I asked. She answers I've been doing this for 35yrs lol. Yeah doesn't mean you good though lol... Then she used this raser to shave the head at zero and her boss tells her that she's using it upside down... 35yrs right! She ruined my beard, nothing was straight and she didn't even do my moustache, thank God she didn't actually lol. Got home and had to fix everything myself. I'll go back but she's never, ever touching my head!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their kids haircuts aren't the best. I pay $1 less at Studio Kot for a kid haircut and it's much better. Also, they say it's first come first serve, no appointment, but that's not true. If all of the hairdressers happened to be booked you'll be waiting for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is fair and staff is courteous, though their waiting like can be vastly improved. Instead of handing out a number to people when arriving, we have to remember who was there before us. They'll just call the next customer, but won't bother calling the correct next customer, and I can't recall a day I went there and it wasn't full of people waiting. Other than that, no major complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my son's first haircut and it went great! I don't remember the name of the woman who did my son's hair unfortunately but she was incredibly sweet and understanding. She took the time to show him the Clippers and how they vibrate as not to scare him, offered things for him to hold etc.
