La pire expérience de ma vie:
- On m'a accordé une marge de crédit avec un taux de 16% !!
- J'ai fait une demande préapprobation pour crédit hypothécaire, j'ai reçu un appel 6 mois aprÚs avoir acheté mon condo a travers une autre banque.
- J'ai deux assurances avec bnc aussi, a cause d'un prélÚvement retourné (ma faute) bnc me penalise doublement cÎté carte débit et cÎté assurance. Pour un montant de 43$ une pénalité 45 +40.
- Ect......

The worst experience of my life:
- I was granted a line of credit with a 16% rate !!
- I made a pre-approval request for mortgage credit, I received a call 6 months after buying my condo through another bank.
- I have two insurances with bnc too, because of a returned direct debit (my fault) bnc penalizes me twice on the debit card side and the insurance side. For an amount of $ 43 a penalty 45 +40.

The atm withdrawal only 600$ and the rest stucked in the machine⊠I tried to pull them out with the danger â ïž of cutting my finger. I knocked your door, 2 of your employees came and pull the money outâŠI told them that this happened again before around 4 months and their response wasâŠYou should have tried the other one!! How I suppose to know you GENIUS? What about putting an OUT OF ORDER to the machine?And I donât want to hear from you âŠ.We apologize bla,bla-bla-blaâŠ
