I had a ticket card problem, it took 2 days to resolve the problem. (in fact it is not yet settled I call but no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun recours pour les problèmes en ligne... j'ai beau suivre les indications qu'on me donne et la succursale et la tête dirigeante par téléphone ne font que se lancer la balle sans résoudre le problème.... quant à moi une banque qui n'est pas capable de s'efforcer de régler les problèmes de ses clients ne vaut même pas la peine que l'ont fasse affaires avec!! C'est d'un ridicule et sans efficacité....
No recourse for online problems...no matter how much I follow the instructions given to me and the branch and the head on the phone just throw the ball at each other without solving the problem....as for me, a bank that is not able to strive to solve the problems of its customers is not even worth doing business with!! It's ridiculous and ineffective....
