Pendant trois jours. jai laisser des messages sur des boĂźte vocal. Et ca a plusieurs personne diffĂ©rente. AprĂšs trois jours, il y a eu une personne qui ca reveiller. Mais n'a pas rĂ©gler mon problĂšme. A mon retour a QuĂ©bec. Je vais aller et faire transfĂ©rer mon dossier client dans une autre succursale. Ou j'espĂšre avoir plus de service qu'a cette endroit et me magasiner une autres banque. Je dĂ©conseille fortement la banque national. ???

Choisissez une autre succursale, ainsi vous Ă©viterez d'ĂȘtre déçu, mieux RBC donne un service exemplaire comparĂ© Ă cette banque... Et en passant appelĂ© 6 fois avant d'avoir une personne qui rĂ©pond. Certainement pas parce qu'il manque de profit...
