★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après que IA m'ait informé qu'elle me DEVAIT une remise de prime payée en trop et après de LONGUES démarches de ma part pendant des mois, j'ai finalement reçu et DÉPOSÉ à ma banque LE chèque émis par IA. Le chèque a immédiatement fait l'objet d'un ARRÊT DE PAIEMENT de la part de IA elle-même. Il s'agit de SON propre produit d'assurance pour lequel IA détient toute la documentation concernant la totalité des primes directement et mensuellement prélevées dans mon compte pendant 5 ans. EN TRÈS BREF, service à la clientèle absent et irrespectueux de ses clients et, du même coup, suivi administratif interne NUL. Rien de positif pour cette médiocre compagnie d'assurances quant à moi! Ce remboursement m'appartient et je me demande TRÈS SÉRIEUSEMENT comment une telle décision a pu être prise à mon insu pour me soutirer mon propre argent!!!!

Il est certain que je m'occupe de soumettre cette situation injustifiée aux instances gouvernementales appropriées.
After IA informed me that she OWED me an overpaid premium rebate, and after LONG process on my part for months, I finally received and DEPOSITED to my bank THE check issued by IA. The check was immediately STOPPED BY IA itself. This is HIS own insurance product for which IA holds all the documentation concerning all the premiums directly and monthly debited from my account for 5 years. IN VERY BRIEF, absent and disrespectful customer service for its customers and, at the same time, ZERO internal administrative follow-up. Nothing positive for this mediocre insurance company as for me! This refund belongs to me and I wonder VERY SERIOUSLY how such a decision could have been taken without my knowledge to extract my own money!!!!

It is certain that I take care of submitting this unjustified situation to the appropriate government authorities.
