β β β β β The employees pay a zero attention to costumers and constantly chilling with themselves. They don't know which items are for example nut or gluten free at all and hesitate a lot to answer simple questions. Feel so sorry for the owner of this place.

β β β β β Cute candy shop. Huge selection. Prices are overinflated for some things. For instance a standard kitkat bar is $3. Thatβs high no matter where you are. If youβre looking for something hard to find or specialty it may be worth the higher prices.
Neat shop but know you pay the tourist premium.

β β β β β This is a dainty sweet shop that kids will never miss and go out empty handed. They've got variety of goodies for those little sweet tooth to choose from. I love their little gum ball machine.

β β β β β A staple of any visit to Banff, the Sweet Shoppe is a lovely little store with plenty of different chocolates and lollies to choose from. I picked up some beautiful chocolates from the handmade selection, definitely recommend the salted caramel square, Black Forest truffle and the Maple popcorn was delicious!
I did expect to find more Australian chocolate and lolly brands considering the large population of Aussies in town but thatβs ok, it was still fun to explore all the different options.

β β β β β Nice shop with lots of options but not many vegan options. The staff was super nice and looked into the ingredient book to see which ones you could get from behind the glass. Lots of candy and fun to walk through. The Mambas are not vegan, as they are elsewhere.

β β β β β Wow! The selection of candy here made my jaw drop over and over again. They carry things I thought were long discontinued, or otherwise would never find in Canada. For example, they carry Lion, a chocolate bar I only thought could be purchased in Eastern Europe. Highly recommend you visit, and see if you can find a long lost childhood candy.

β β β β β This candy store has been here forever and is a mainstay for any family that visits Banff. With kids squirming from having sat in the backseat it is the perfect carrot to hang out for good behavior. Lol
Inside there is truly a massive selection of all types of candies, chocolate and fudge. There is quite the incredible selection of Pez in the back of the store or those who collect the dispensers too.
If you are a tourist looking for an authentic Canadian sweet during your trip you will love the Maple Candies here that are even shaped in Maple leafs. ?
The staff are laid back here even with children.
