The staff was friendly and answered all our questions and were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this business.

We came into Bancroft Sports & Marine and they were booked solid but were able to squeeze us in right there and then to help us. They fixed our motor quickly and gave us an informative walkthrough of our motor and charged us next to nothing for our time. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much!!!!!!

They had unfortunately found an issue with the machine (the manufacturer’s fault, not their own) and fixed it right away. I would recommend their services to anyone.

George Fleming follows up like no other salesman. I sat on the Board of the Canadian Powersports Dealers Association 4 years so I believe I have a bit of experience with this sort of thing. Top shelf and they do a lot of good in the community as well.

Avoid this place unless you’re interested in excuses, lack of communication, and long delays. George Flemming (the same one that left a 5 star review) failed to take my deposit after 7 attempts, regularly informed me he'd get back to me and never, not once did. When the expected arrival date came, I waited a week before calling in. Then had to call in 2 to 3 times a week to get the responses they didn't call me back for. Each time I'd call, they seemed to forget who I was or would then "begin" the work, or tell me they'd call me right back. I lost my patience and began calling the owner Bill. I wish I could say this had better results. Nope. I was also disappointed by Tanya who was fixing a plate issue and promised me she'd handle it by Thurs/Friday. Hey, problems happen I'm clearly a patient person, but you'd at least call the customer right? Nope. I can't stress this enough, complete lack of professionalism, communication, and constant under delivery. Many other dealerships out there, take your business to them.
