The parts desk is friendly and very informative but for buying a product and sales staff and owners worst experience ever. I absolutely wish I would of bought out of this city cause it seems like the better deals are not here at all. First off it all started with we agreed on a price and then when I couldn't figure out why their payment was so high I had to ask their off site finance guy and was told because the price I was quoted for the bot didn't include the trailer. Who buys a boat without a trailer ? Then after that was all blown over they had my old boat for a day to do their inspection and gave me a price on my boat. Then a week after owning my boat I talked my boss into buying a boat from them and they are not doing anything for sending someone into them and buying from them. Then the owner decides to say we never agreed about giving you any referral and blah blah and then tell me he had to spend 2200 on my boat and they are not asking me for money and hung the phone up on me. That's why I took the boat to them so they could inspect the boat it isn't my fault that you guys didn't find the problem. I mentioned to the sales rep something sounded funny or off in the leg but I didn't know what it was. I gave them the chance to fully inspect and see the boat and never ran it after they looked at it. Before hanging up the "owner" told me if I ever have a problem with my boat take it somewhere else never to come back. What kind of a dealership is this ? Please think twice before even dealing with these people. So if I had to buy the trailer additionally my bill of sale says I traded off a 2005 Tahoe which my trailer is a Tahoe trailer and my boat is a Tahoe so what did I trade off ? Legal documents don't show any proof I traded a trailer or a boat. Be ignorant and rude to customers and their voice will be spoken.

I purchased an ezego golf cart and when I picked it up I noticed the windshield was cracked and they gave us a new one. l took the new windshield home which is about 90 miles away and left it for a couple months before attempting to install it.When we tried to install it we found that it was the wrong size for our cart so they told us to bring the cart back in, so another 180 miles round trip, installed the new windshield and drove the cart up to the ramp to my trailer. l tied it down then went into the show room and asked if I should open the windshield for trailering and he said yes. I left on my trip back and part way back the windshield flew out of the frame and was destroyed. They will not do anything for me even tho they installed the windshield and loaded it up.I would think twice before telling any one to buy from them or get any maintenance done there. Don’t think their after sales is a positive experience.

I bought a zero turn Toro mower. After much shopping on line and checking prices I went to Axxis on my neighbors recommendation. Two hours after I called they delivered the mower to my yard no charge and they were competitive on the price. Nice to deal with, no hassles. I will go back for next purchase. Thanks Jim

Recently had them work on my boat. There was some miscommunication, but I was very impressed with how Terry handled it. Seemed like a nice laid back atmosphere. I will likely go here again for service or sales.

Phoned for a part. Lady was very ignorant and stand offish told her the part I needed then she said yes we have that part then told her it wasnt the part I needed as she was looking up something else and didnt understand then continued to be very rude. This isnt the first time this has happened iether defanitly dont give them my business anymore.
