★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience picking out my dress with Ballett’s! Everyone was very kind an accommodating, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gown for a formal occasion. They had lots of different price points as well, so there are options for a variety of budgets!

Worst shopping experience. My wife went to this place with her mother to purchase a dress for our upcoming wedding. After making an appointment and having to 'favorite' dresses ahead of time, they arrived to find 4 dresses pulled and were not able to touch any other dresses. How do you find a dress without touching it and looking through the racks?
The entire situation would have been avoided had they told my wife a head of time(before driving there) that this was their policy instead of continuously stating their protocols to my wife and her mother while they were looking at their whopping 4 dresses. This place even sends you an email ahead of time advising that you can't use the washroom, the limitations of how many people can come in and that you need to remove your shoes before entering.
Clearly, the people who run this place are terrified of covid since no other places run like this.
For an experience that is supposed to be memorable and fun, this place made it a terrible experience and we will never go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most pleasant shopping experience with Alice!! I have been looking for a (step)mother of the bride dress and wanted something with understated elegance. After choosing a few of the dresses that I thought were appropriate, Alice brought out a gown I would have never selected myself. Having listened to what I was looking for, and knowing the inventory of what she had in my size, she presented a gown that turned out to be absolutely ideal. She added an embellishment that turned the gown from lovely to stunning and I couldn’t be happier with the selection. Alice even provided the contact information for a seamstress to make the entire process effortless, efficient and so very enjoyable. I experienced amazing service, faultless expertise and incredible patience in finding the perfect attire for a most special occasion. Thank you Alice for the best experience I could have asked for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janna helped me find my wedding dress. She was patient, helpful, and offered a beautiful selection. We never felt uncomfortable or in rush with her. Also, compare to other bridal stores in Kitchener, fabric quality is much better at Ballett’s Bridal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrific experience. My daughter's bridesmaid dress came back at least two sizes too big and she would have had to spend another few hundred dollars on alterations. They measured her with her street clothes still on and those measurements were off by a long shot. They refused to give us our $300 back even though it was THEIR error. Stay clear of this bridal shop. Zero customer service. No one knows how to measure properly. Stay well clear of this place. And they make you sign a contract that states FINAL SALE even though you have not seen the final product. I am disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience choosing a dress for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. The staff were so willing to help and let me try on many dresses. They didn’t rush me. Alice was such a great help suggesting dresses and looking up colours. Found my dress, would definitely recommend going to see what they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing shopping experience with Victoria. I was able to go online before my appointment and select my favourite dresses which they had pre-pulled for when I arrived. This saved time during the appointment and gave me the opportunity to try more dresses. Victoria was helpful, informative and not pushy at all. There was no pressure to make a choice or buy that day. But I did end up finding my dream dress and veil!! Will definitely be recommending this store to everyone.
