M	Marie Daher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what positive, organized, clean, calm, great staff. But the staff isn't entirely why I went, what good treats! I don't even feel queezy after, quite a bit lol. Definitely worth the pricing if you can afford a sweet treat. Ordering is the way to go here! I feel silly to not have realized earlier, no preservatives means fresh only at first, but not too late at all. In store is hit and miss I guess, and the gingerbread latte, oh my! so gentle and sweet not spicy just, one of a kind. loved it!

Custom order was placed a month ago and not only does Angela not reply right away but it is up to the customer to follow up and ask for the payment schedule. She assumes her customers know that it has to be paid in full in order to secure the order. Had to call numerous times before she answered only to find out the order was not processed (day before the event). Had ordered from her a number of times and quite honestly the treats aren’t even that great - appreciated the design more than the taste. The most disappointing part is that instead of apologizing for her lack of timeliness and organization (very disorganized both when I have visited the shop and most definitely via email) she was argumentative and shifted the blame on the customer. It’s unfortunate that customer service is not a priority for this new bake shop in which word of mouth and reputation will serve to be important.

She said they close when they run out of items. It was on a weekday during Covid so I imagine they just didn’t bake enough. The cookie actually made my stomach upset. Way to sweet with no flavour. I decided to give it another shot. A few weeks later. Only two flavours of cupcakes and again not many. Very dry and awful. I would not waist my time here. Surprised to see them still open

And the staff are super friendly. Definitely plan to stop in as you pass through Bolton (parking is easy, just off the main road).
C	Cecilia Luscombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the quality I was expecting from a Cindy bakery. I've been having her baked goods for years, and the vanilla cupcake was over baked and hard around the edges. I did try a chocolate cupcake that had marshmallow on it and that was really good.

Have never had a bad experience in the year they have been opened. Great selection, with made to order custom items and ready to go as well. Always feel welcomed into a very friendly atmosphere with awesome customer service! Have recommended to many people who have stopped by our office and have never had any unkind remarks. Well done Bake Shoppe! Congrats on one year and here to many more!!!!

Desserts are amazing! Especially loved the Ruffles & mini egg marshmallow square - so unique! Its a must try! So hard to choose... the treats are all so good! I will definitely be back!!
