That made me think if I really want to shop at this location but my yesterday's experience was so good. This polite guy just made everything right, he asked if I need help and offered assistance. He was not rushing at all even though it was around 8:45 Pm . I deliberately checked his name as I wanted to give him a shout that Eric you are definitely an asset for the company/store. Thank you for your help
L	Lauren F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat and produce at this location are really bad. Vegetables and fruit are often soft, shriveled, and even moldy. Many times we have brought produce home to find it has gone bad and we had to throw it away the day we bought it. Fresh meat often looks grey or yellowed and at times even looked as though it had been freezer burnt. Because of this we have stopped buying meat at this location. We started shopping here to save money, but with the amount of food we have to throw away, and the need to drive to another store to buy fresh meat and produce, it is actually costing us more. Many people I’ve spoke to have the same concerns. I hope the manager sees this and puts practices in place to improve quality.

So Happy I came here since I live in Alliston I’m in the middle of two No Frills. At the cash it was such a smooth process and they even helped me bag my groceries. Amazing experience, I will be coming back to this one!
M	Mark Curtis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and helpful. A large amount of the produce has mould or is otherwise not fresh. Bought flowers and when I unwrapped them, they were also covered in mould. Ownership needs to rotate out fresh items more regularly.

I was really happy to hear it opened. Walked through the whole store and the selection was great. Some of the flyer deals ran out but I was still happy and I got a lot of the stuff I needed. The staff were very friendly and kind.

No frill has the most Gluten Free option, which on this day an age quite frankly we need, and I appreciate. I love the cashiers. They are polite and helpful and lovely to speak. Sam has a great staff.
