Badminton Vancouver

Great place for sports lover. I was amazed by seeing all the facilities available. However, this pleasant experience didn’t last long because of one mannerless front desk staff. He was absolutely unprofessional. It would say 28 February evening was nightmare to me. Not sure if we visit this place any further!

Nice place!! Recommend! Good flooring. Plus They will disinfect the bench after each use, very safe especially in this covid time

I was so excited to okay here for the first time so I brought my friends over after reserving. For whatever reason, my friends ended being late. I was early. When I got there, I apologized and kindly asked if our two hour slot could be moved ahead one hour - if not that would be okay. The person at the counter just gave me the death stare and irritably said no. I asked if I could schedule for the half hour and that is a no-no. He eventually let me book for the first hour and asked me to see if courts were free for the second hour. I wish this interaction was a bit more friendlier and welcoming. Maybe a, "Oh, what happened? Are they okay?" Then to show this wasn't a one off, all my friends trickling in also were given the same stinky attitude. He even retorted to my friends baby, "Where's her mask?" Maybe say it in a nicer way? Anyways. We played. The courts are good quality. Plenty of room to space out even though there's not as many courts as other gyms. I found it a bit cold though. Note that there are no birds. You have to supply your own. An online booking system would be perfect. We were approached by the same person two times on the court while we waited for our hour to start. The first time, it was to see if we wanted to play right now, which I declined because he told us earlier they don't let clients book partial hours, so I'd lose time. If I did that. The second, was good news that were were able to stay for the second hour, which was nice. Anyways lesson learned. Always treat your customers welcomingly as hard as it can be sometimes. Fake it if you have to cuz I'm going back to Stage 18 where staff are friendly, courts are a plenty and there are plenty of birds around. I'm sure he's a nice guy. Maybe that's a one off or that's just the way he presents himself. Maybe we just didn't have affinity with each other. No problem.

Great place to get your badminton game on. Friendly staff and courts are always clean.

There are quite a few badminton courts in one high ceiling warehouse room. It is possible to rent out courts. It's a nice place for badminton parties. I believe it is climate controlled as well. Bring your own rackets and birdies. I believe they have a gift-shop like stand as well selling badminton gear.

We like sports. This badminton venue is awesome. Just expect one rude staff. The front desk staff who was working on 28th of February evening needs more training. He was very smart but don’t have good manners which is very important!

Great location. Sanitized the place after each session. Lighting is great .

Great space! Clean, well lit, good surface and nets. Price is fair. Lent us a couple birds when we forgot to bring them. Everybody around was friendly and it had an awesome vibe. Would definitely play here again.
