If it Rains (it rains more than 165 days in BC...so is expected for true British Columbians)
The forrest is your best friend!. You could need protection outside but Forrest helps lower the need for tons of layers.
You can run with shorts and t-shirt till passed October then maybe 1st layer and shorts/tights for women maybe. Carry a rain jacket in your pack
And some light weight softshell gloves.
When snow hits just be ready for a change in your layers maybe.
Trail requires people to pick up hiking shoes, sneakers will increase your chance for a torn ankle. Be careful with woden trail paths as they get extremely slippery with weather and tree sap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trail is relatively easy with a mixture of wood bridges and dirt paths that go along the edge of the river/creek which make for some great views.
There are a few parking spots nearby, as of this review though there is construction at one of the larger parking spots causing them to be filled up quicker on sunny days.
