★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly one of the most beautiful, lush and intricate trail systems on the north shore! I run there and the area is a cornucopia of plants, running water, trees and wildlife like few other urban wilds I have explored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did Old Buck to Quarry Rock via Baden Powell. 10KM. The trail is well marked and easy to follow. Quiet with less people. I'd say it's between easy to intermediate. There is many kind of mushrooms ? on the trail. It's really fun to find them.
