★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked if they do a price match and they replied Yes. However, when they found out what the item was, the lady tried to make up an excuse that the product is not in stock, but it showed in stock online, then they said they do price match but just not on that specific item. Well sounds pretty sketchy. Will not be shopping here.
I think if you guys selectively don’t do price match on item, just be honest to the customer.

Actually glad you mentioned that. Let me clarify that I asked if they have it available in store first (and it showed available online), which your employee said it was in stock in store with the same colour however, your employee specially said they just don't do price match for THAT particular item. So it's not really a in-stock or not in stock issue. This is for RayQueen UV Light Sterilizer in case you're wondering. Nice try. Like I said, just be honest to the customer.

I RECOMEND PURCHASE ON LINE OR WHERE ELSE , U PAY AND TREATED BAD ! WHY GO ? R U THAT DESPERATE ?
by getting friend / family write a good review don't change the fact !
imagine a rude person when u paying what can do if u need service or return something ?
THINK TWICE BEFORE U GO !

She was so gracious to accept his change and so patient with our rowdy and noisy group of kids! Great store with lots of selections and a few toys took my sister and i down memory lane. Love supporting small businesses!

Just going into this store and talking to them gives me so much confidence to choose the right product that I am going to buy. Sometimes you go for a product and they suggest something better and more convenient, and not necessarily more expense but easier for first time parents they truly know every piece of product they sell in and out.
