★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable service! I cannot say enough great things about this location. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Krista was a life saver for me in helping me find a high chair/booster seat that would work for my little one while I was home visiting my family. We finally found one that fit him perfectly and fit us functionally. Krista went above and beyond to help me and I’m so thankful for her. Being a first time, sleep deprived mom means sometimes you just need someone to guide you and to give you that little bit of extra help and attention. She was very caring and understanding and if I could give her a 10 star rating I would! Thunder Bay ToysRUs and BabiesRUs is a wonderful location and I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank Ryan for going above and beyond helping me get the crib my daughter in law wanted. Covid has made times hard but he searched and even called me with the answer on his day off. That's dedication to a new Mother and Grandmother!!
I will be a regular to a store that values our wishes so much. Makes it so easy to shop.
Wonder if he babysits?
