I work with an incredible coach (Thalia Castillo) who over the years has been instrumental to my gains in races. Thalia understands how complex and busy life can get and ensures that my work outs are tailed to fit my direct needs.
The B78 program is fantastic for anyone looking to take their training and or racing to the 'next' level. Being apart of the B78 team really makes you feel like family and I am proud to wear their brand and work with such a great company.

I have gone from ground zero in my triathlon training to ….. well I’m not sure what level I’m at now, but I know I’ve learnt a lot, and have had huge improvements in my fitness. If you’re looking for a coach I can’t imagine anyone better qualified. Strongly recommended!
