She is a very talented hypnotherapist and a very well organised professional. This makes one feel safe. I both received hypnotherapy sessions from her as well as emotional code sessions. I was blown away with the efficiency and the speed with which I received results. I recommend Helena wholeheartedly to anybody considering hypnotherapy and emotional code. I do not smoke but I observe that she is extraordinary in guiding her clients to give up smoking so, get her services if you are smoking and would like to give us. Throughout that time she was amazingly professional, showing empathy and understanding, and ultimately helping me learn new tools and skills that I still utilize today. It was my first experience with hypnotherapy, and to those who haven't experienced it before, I would encourage you to just give it a try as the benefits are immense.
