You will not have much luck finding anything for your residential machines like your domestic lawn mowers, snow blowers or weed hackers etc. The person on phone was also not very helpful either, probably busy dealing with commercial customers where they make more money or for repairs, may be ok. Try Cliff's Lawn and Garden Shop on Morden Road in Oakville, you'll get a 5 Star service and they mostly deals with all Domestic Equipment parts and repairs.

They showed me another brand, that they carry, and explained the benefits to me. The machine they recommended, eXmark, fit my needs better than the brand I was looking at. Needless to say I bought it. The purchasing process was very smooth. I have also taken taken equipment into them for repairs. The repairs are done quickly and had a good price. I highly recommend the team over at Dickson Equipment.
