After communicating with Joey via email for the first time, I already knew I was in excellent hands. What really impressed me about Joey, was his level of knowledge and sincere passion for his job. Joey is an incredible trainer, he is approachable, easy to get along with and very professional. It makes a world of difference to be around someone who loves his job, Joey's passion for prenatal fitness definitely sets him apart from the rest. I highly recommend his courses!

With two herniated discs I'm always nervous about what exercises are appropriate for me. Joey's expertise as well as his friendly demeanor put me at ease immediately. He also knows how to motivate you to push your body in the right way so you can develop strength without injury. Learning a lot from this guy and getting in great shape at the same time. I definitely recommend!

B-Fit Studio is the place to be! I’ve been training with Joey and he is a heck of a trainer. He is patient, attentive to your needs and goals, dedicated to his work and has a great sense of humor which creates a comfortable atmosphere for training. He has the amazing balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your classes without making you feel you accidentally joined the marines. Plus, scheduling is accommodating. His programs are never the same, are individualized and challenging, gradually increasing in difficulty, yet achievable. So you can look back and see how much you’ve improved. Joey's sessions are something I look forward to every week. He is the best trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I have been training with Joey for 5 months and I can feel how his lessons have enhanced my health and physical condition. The most I appreciate is how classes are gradually changing to a difficult level and how Joey teaches me how take care of my nutrition and increased my physical activity. I enjoy every session with Joey. I have not doubt in recommend Joey to anyone wanting to have an excellent trainer! He is so respectful and dedicated to his job. This experience has been so rewarding and enjoyable!

Joey is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely supportive. I've never, historically, been one for consistent exercise/working out and the sessions really met me where I was at and I saw my strength and coordination improve steadily. It was a huge relief to access something wasn't intimidating, and also effective and accountable. Thanks Joey!

I can’t recommend Joey highly enough. I am not an athlete so in the past when I have tried different trainer’s I have found it difficult to understand their instructions or been disappointed by their distracted nature. “Engage your shoulders” doesn’t mean much to me, or at least it didn’t prior to starting with Joey. Rather than a high turnover and off-the-shelf approach to his training, Joey takes the the time to know the individual. Not only does he learn about the clients physical aspects, but also their goals, their way of learning and their motivations. He is clear in his instructions, teaches you the how’s and why’s and is always present! His routines are varied, engaging and more importantly they work. I have been seeing Joey for the last 6 months to work on postural issues, general fitness and I am feeling fitter and healthier than ever. He is teaching me the importance of a well rounded ’healthy’ approach to training (and life,) building towards longevity without injury. In the past I have had a tendency to train hard (by my standards) but then winter gets in the way, I get injured or bored and stop… Then train, excuses… repeat. 6 months in and I am having fun, learning lots and more importantly motivated to continue. Don’t get me wrong, he will destroy you, he pushes you hard but with positive and respectful vibes. While I mainly work with Joey, I see how much he cares about all his clients and takes the time to curate a team of trainers that show the same dedication he shows to his own clients. As well as this very thorough approach to training, Joey is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and positive well being. Like I said I can’t recommend Joey and B-Fit Studio highly enough.

My partner and I started training with Joey when I was pregnant, with the goal of being active during pregnancy, while keeping the exercises safe. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to keep training with him after delivery. Joey's trainings are always adapted to our needs, he is mindful of our daily energy levels and we feel that we are constantly progressing. Moreover, Joey always comes up with new exercises, which make the sessions fun and entertaining. We highly recommend B-Fit studio.
