★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris came to my house and said my deck looked good. Unfortunately once the vinyl decking was installed I noticed that the fascia that the metal flashing was attached to was all rotted. When I contacted Chris about this he said he would not give me any money back for not noticing the wood rot. This was very disappointing as the vinyl decking instalation was very expensive.
