The club offers 12 international tournament standard courts with floating wooden subfloor, LED court lightings, showers, snack bar, a players’ study room, pro-shop, and ample free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B-Active Badminton Club is a wonderful club for our family. Our daughter trains there at a competitive level and receives excellent coaching for her badminton journey. The club is also great for social players like my husband and I who can book a court and play with friends, 7 days a week if we wanted. I highly recommend this badminton club as a place to train and play socially, and for all levels of play.

Been playing badminton for over 20 years and most of the people I know that are in the badminton community see B-Active Badminton as the elite facility in town that also has a non assuming vibe for even beginners to enjoy. Coach Wen Wang is super hospitable and knowledgeable about badminton. Staff is super friendly and truly want to see each member and guest get the most out of badminton and the facility!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I understand the part where you need to prepay to reserve the court. However, you need to let your client know about the non member fee for 5 dollar each when I called to reserve the court. Front desk receptionist should be professional. I don’t mind paying for the non member fee, but i didn’t know until I entered the court, which was quite annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to come and play badminton in Edmonton. The staff are wonderful and the coaches are some of the best badminton players I’ve ever seen. Due to Covid I wasn’t able to come and play for months, but still the people here recognized me and it felt like I never left. To describe this place in a few words, the people here make it feel like home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service experience! Even though my kids enjoyed most of the classes there, the stress of dealing with them was not worth it! They ignore the contract if that suits them, and not taking responsibility if they are in the wrong! Too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is cooperating and supportive. My daughter told me coaches are very experienced and they use different techniques to teach and improve their game. My daughter's game is very much improved. I am giving 4 stars as I feel the monthly fee is more than it should be.
