★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told it was a 1-2 week wait when I dropped off my taxes. I called 2 weeks later, and they stated that they were working on it and it would be done that week. I called again a week later when I didn't hear from them, and they said it would still be another week. I called again 2 weeks later and was told it was still not done. Finally after 6 weeks and my taxes now being weeks late, it was finally done. No one called me to let me know it was done and no one called me to discuss my taxes. They repeatedly lied about time frames to me. Very poor customer service.
