★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was great customer service he always has what i need. My wolverine boots have lasted me since November. I am hard on boots and clothes. Bloodstones boots lasted me 2 months and fell apart. Great work gear for a guy like me thankyou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best customer service i have received in my life ! not only did i get a killer deal on my first fly fishing set up, the owner(angelo) showed me how to setup the rod and took me through basic casting technique! A great example of a small business which was founded with passion and is absolutely awesome as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to buy work cloths on the island. My husband is constantly going there to buy shoes, jackets, runners or what ever he needs this is the spot. Bought some work socks for Christmas gifts and the fellas love them. The wigwam socks. The best man cave and great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved the store and spent some time talking with the owner about the hatchets he custom makes. I decided to purchase one for more than what it was worth in the hopes that it would last forever and be a good story about my amazing trip to the Islands...well it fell apart the first time I used it! There goes $120!....I sent the owner a message voicing my concern and asking for help in fixing or a refund and I am yet to hear back...been 3 months now.
Maybe only buy things he doesn't make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a recent trip to Salt Spring island in August me and a friend stumbled upon this gem when shop wandering , we loved checking out all the cool antique / vintage camping and fishing stuff mixed in with the newer stuff and the prices were more than fair, i ended up finding an leather bill fold which now has a permanent home in my serving apron!!. When paying we ended up chatting with the owner a bit who is a super nice guy and he pulled out a map of the island and made some amazing recommendations on places to check out, We only had one day left and did make it to a few of his suggestions but man do we wish we went in their sooner on our trip so we could have checked out more of them. Stop by , check it out , find an item you didn't even know you were looking for but now you must have and take a minute to not just loop through the store and move on but to really take it in.
