I drove from Cobble Hill to the "house/garage" last week to where the business is located in Maple Bay, during "business hours", because I was driving from company to company through the Duncan area comparing prices and looking at samples, and it was not open. Not even a sign is displayed on if it's open or closed, or if someone would be right back. I even went to the side of the house, up the driveway, and knocked on the what I assume was the front door of the house to see if someone was there. I did this on the right side of the house, up a set of stairs, not through a private gate. I know I was at the right location because of the address, Google maps and the 360° road view. This may be a good business that does quality work, but I will never know because my calls were not returned. When I was looking up companies to use, looking at this one in particular, it did not state on its Google Page that I would have to make an appointment and not just stop by like all the other ones I ended up going to that day. How am I to know that I need to make an appointment, it doesnt even say that on the answering message. I wish you all the best in the future, but my overall experience is not good, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of my time
