Instead of trying to make me understand her attitude and tone escalated. I asked to speak to another representative and said everyone was busy did not offer to put me in hold. I dealt with them before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm, well what can a guy say. Every time I order a part they are very eager to take your order and secure the cash. Great at doing that. But, getting the part in a timely manner is far and few between. Then having to deal with staff is even worse. Heaven help you if you have to ask a question. I don’t think that personal customer service is their thing. Maybe their staff or owners or whatever should take a course in customer service Relations. Fortunately for them they have a good location and it keeps them in business. But, as with most businesses that don’t have a good customer experience most go to the way better shops in winnipeg or online.
If you can avoid them do so.
Keep the businesses that appreciate your business, in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought parts from parts counter. Felt like the staff knew what they were doing but young staff. May not have experience to handle complex or large parts orders. Went during lunch time was about 3 or 4 people in line but line moved fast. Good price and located in the city dont have to go out to dougald road for parts.
