I do not recommend this place at all, bought a toothbrush for my 4 month old pug and it broke as soon as I took it out of the packaging, I went to the store and it was the son that said ‘I don’t know what to tell you, come when my dad is here’ went back when it was the dad and he said he never saw this happen and my dog was too aggressive (4 month pug aggressive?) and will contact the company, he said he would call but he never called, I had to call him and he said he still has no answer and would call me back, another time no phone call, so I had to go there myself for a follow up .. and was told the company doesn’t want to give him a replacement and that he will not exchange it .. really bad company, the toothbrush was not even used one time and it’s way overpriced . I would stick to Walmart and Mondou, better service and better quality

D	David Cornwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store for parrots! I bought a hand tamed and socialized budgie tamed by the lady who sold me the budgie. Right from the car ride home and the first day in my apartment the budgie would come sit on my finger and eat millet from my hand. It is very young bird and was shy to come out of the cage, which is 100% normal for young budgie on its first day. I was still able to get the budgie to come outside cage first day on my finger. Budgie does not try to bite or nip and shows zero aggression towards me! Also the store has a lot of toys for all sized birds. Few pet stores take the time to socialize a budgies to this level and shows that this lady loves birds and they love her. My only negative is I think pellets instead of seeds should be main part of a well balanced diet for a budgie. I also think hooked billed birds don’t need insoluble grit (charcoal). My fear is too much charcoal in their diet could cause obstructions and prevent vitamin uptake.
