I've been here in person about a year ago and over all had a pleasant experience. I've been trying to get a hole of them today but the lines are extremely busy. After waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, I speak with a woman who then transfers me to Dr. Papneja's people. Okay, cool. The phone is answered and I'm immediately put on hold. I've sat here on hold for over 20 more minutes only to be disconnected. If you need to get on contact with someone here, you might be better off having your doctor contact them for you. That's my next step.

My experience at the Stoney Creek location was a negative one. First off, when I had my initial appointment over the phone with Dr. Jain, it was pleasant. He told me someone from the office would call me to book an appointment for an allergy test. A few weeks passed and I received no call. So I followed up by calling the office myself and booked my test. The receptionist didn't apologize for the oversight. I had to ask questions about the test because none was provided, some of which was not accurate, by the way. When I went in for my appointment, I was taken into a room asked to disrobe and put on a patient gown, while left alone. There was a computer in the room and the screen was visible with patient information-names, appointment times, birthdates, etc. This is not acceptable. Personal information is confidential and private and should be treated that way, especially by a doctor's office. In fact, when Dr.Jain came in to speak with me briefly, I noticed he glanced at the computer screen, but didn't lock it. Did he think that this was okay?!?! Or was he hoping I hadn't noticed? When I arrived on day 2 of the allergy test, the patches where removed. It took all of 3 minutes to do. I had to take a half a day off of work for 3 minutes! The following day, which was day 3 of the procedure, the doctor gave me my prognosis. Again, it took all of maybe, 1 minute. He didn't ask if I had any questions. I actually had to ask for a list of allergens I was tested for which seems odd. I think it should be common practice to provide patients with a list of allergens they were tested for. Also, Day 2 and Day 3 procedures could have been done in one appointment. It's seems completely unnecessary to schedule two separate appointments. I assume it's done this way so the doctor can charge OHIP for 3 visits, instead of 2. Lastly, I was prescribed a medication for my issue and was told my script was sent directly to the pharmacy. When I went to pick up my prescription, the medication was an exuberant amount of money - $170! Dr.Jain should have asked if I had coverage before prescribing this medication. I am sure he had some idea of its cost. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone and plan on telling my family doctor to do the same.

Had a wonderful experience at Dr French's office with my daughter. She was very thorough, went through everything in a lot of detail, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Lots of patience, which I like to see in a doctor. She was very pleasant and made the visit fun for my daughter as well, who has not stopped talking about her since her appointment. Think she wants to be a doctor too now! Thanks Dr French!

Edit: I was contacted by the clinic about my complaint and the situation has been rectified. Really appreciate Dr. French taking the time to contact me. She really cares about her patients and was very helpful. --- Burlington location told me I'd get a referral to an ENT. Waited months to hear anything. Nothing. I called a month ago asking if my referral had gone through. The receptionist told me she needed to ask the doctor and would call me right back. That was a month ago. I've given up since.

They literally NEVER pick up their phone and NEVER call you back. I’m waiting for the doctor to fill out some paperwork that is crucial for funding my ASTHMA medication that I cannot live without and it’s taken them over 2 months. They cancel appointments on the whim and expect you to be able to make appointments without ample notice during work hours. RUN. FROM. HERE.

Brilliant and Compassionate. The immune system can do frightening things and she made sure that I was fully informed. She didn't leave me with anxiety; more questions. There's always more questions. Everything is so entwined; each of us so unique. My GP just quit and he is younger than I, but Dr, Pratt stuck with me for months until my issue was resolved as much as possible. She left me with "what I can do", for the rest of my life. Thank you.

Dr . Habiba was so very kind and compassionate through a very stressful time. She ended up doing day surgery and was so comforting and reassuring before hand. My outcome was positive but I will never forget how supportive she was to me. She is truly a special lady that I will never forget.

Honestly this is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever had to deal with. The doctor herself is good but the receptionist and whoever else absolutely does not care about the patients. I have been cleared of my seizure and need confirmation from the doctor in order to go back to work. It has been 3 weeks and I have told the receptionist this and for her to contact the doctor in order to send this 1 little note and my workplace doctors have yet to receive it! I cannot make a living or go back to work without this. I guarantee the message hasn’t even been passed on to the doctor. To make things worse I’ve been calling everyday and emailing only to get no answer or response. It also takes about 6 months waiting time just to get an appointment! Please stay very very far away from this place. I hope the owners of this place read this because this is unacceptable. My name is Ismael Mousa by the way, just in case management reads this! Why do you have a phone or email if you don’t respond to either!
