The estimate was fast and the most complete of the 5 estimates i got and I was never left waiting. I highly recommend average Joe's, good work fair prices and the experience really was worry free. 5 stars earned with a big thanks to Joe his wife and crew. And I will use again in the very near future for more work i need done. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe/Riki were very responsive when I first asked for a quote. They committed to do an overhaul of my roof and they gave me a very reasonable quote, with Joe assuring me that they would slash a few $$ from the final balance if there was going to be unused materials (specifically plywood). Today Joe and his team came early in the morning, explained the scope of work to me and timelines, and they finished way ahead of schedule and cleaned up my place afterwards as well. He was able to save me close to $400 from the initial quote as they ended up using less materials as initially planned. Average Joe's Roofing was a highly-recommended contractor in our Transcona community FB page, and I am a happy and satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the job they did on my neighbours house, and booked them immediately. Professional work at competitive pricing. The crew are second to none, and Joe is the first one to tell them so. Had our house, and garage--even our Cat Patio done, and we could not recommend them higher. Average Joe does above average work. Such nice people. We even bought them pizza afterwards a thank you for a job well done, especially in 35 degree weather. Will recommend them to anyone, anytime.

Great bunch of guys to have working in our yard. They arrived on time, got to work and did a great job. It was hot and Joe made sure his guys took regular breaks and kept well hydrated. Just what a responsible businessman does for his employees. They cleaned up regularly throughout the day so there was no litter to worry about. They left the yard very clean.
I would highly recommend AJR to anyone that wants a professionally done job at a reasonable price.

Joe was consistently texting us with updates leading up to the job, scheduled us in a timely manner and did an amazing job on the roof.
Joe showed up bright and early on time in the morning and worked the whole day to get the job finished.
We are super impressed with his work ethic and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their roof redone!

The Owner Joe, explained everything, told us when they were leaving and when they would be back. Also always very polite and courteous as well. They also thoroughly cleaned out our eaves after they were done. Just icing on the cake for a Job well done. The new colors look great, over all very happy with the Job done. I would 100% recommend Average joes.
