Lansard Roofing has been exceptional to deal with. The entire process was a positive one from shingle selection/quotation to installation and post customer service. My wife an I will certainly select Lansard for any other roofing needs in the future. I had a concern one year after installation and they addressed it with a prompt site visit (within 2 days) and solution at no cost. This company has exceeded my expectations. Keep it up Lansard Bros roofing staff!!

I've used Lansard at both of my homes I've owned, and both times they have been prompt and honest. First house they did work that didn't fix the problem and credited the cost towards the final repairs. Price was great, but customer service was exceptional.

A huge recommendation for Lansard Bros. Roofing! And here’s why: We’ve had such a problem with a roof leak that our house felt cursed. It’s always in one area of the house – where the main roof meets the small roof over the entryway. Every spring, since the early 90’s, during the spring thaw I get a stream of water pouring into my entry way. It’s not been for lack of trying to fix this that the problem persisted. I’ve had my house fully reroofed twice since moving in, 30 years ago. When my roof leaked after the first roofing job I could never get the roofers to return. When my roof still leaked after the 2nd full roofing job, that crew did eventually return but it was like pulling teeth to get them to show up. It was pointless, though, since the roof leaked again in the spring. That was part of the problem – the roof would usually only leak in the spring ice-damming and thaw period, but almost never during even huge downpours, so I would have to wait half till the next spring before knowing if any roof repair was successful, or not. In between the main roofing jobs, I’ve had multiple people come in to re-do the roof section around the problem area. One person presented himself as a specialist in spot repairs - finding and fixing leaks. That didn’t work. Anyway, last fall I finally hired Lansard Roofing in fall of 2020 (even though the entire roof was redone approx 7 years ago). Lansard re-did a large area around where the leak occurs. They were an extremely professional crew with a terrific crew chief, ‘Al’ – but I knew I would have to wait until spring before I knew if it was actually fixed, or not. But I was so thrilled that, for the first time in decades, there was not a single drop of water that got in this spring. I am so grateful and happy with Lansard Bros. We had Lansard out last fall originally just to quote to redo our siding and a small amount of soffit, fascia and eaves trough that had been damaged. We ended up getting them to re-side our entire house, new soffit, fascia and trough everywhere as well as getting all of our windows cladded. The before and after of our house is incredible! They made the process very easy and over the couple weeks that they were actually at our house working on everything we found the workers to be friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Professional and top notch from the get-go. The sales guy Jamie was my 1st contact, and probably the 4th or 5th estimate I received after shopping around. From his professionalism and ability to answer all of my questions, to a reasonable estimate, I knew right away this was the company I would choose. I had the entire exterior done : soffit/fascia/siding and trim, and exterior insulation. The workers were punctual, hard working, accurate, respectful, trustworthy. Very happy with the entire experience.

I had a really bad experience when I replaced my roof two years ago as the shingles were placed incorrectly on the garage and the site wasn’t properly cleaned up after. Really bad experience with the salesman when we pointed out that this needed to be fixed. I had used them previously and will not use them in the future due to the experience.

Lansard Bros did our soffits facia and gutters and we can not say enough good things about this company from Jesse the sales rep to the workers who did a proffesional job that looks fantastic . It changed our house for the better even more than we expected. Jesse was amazing and gave us a estimate within a day or so of calling also we had a date set he found a early opening for us three days after the estimate we came home and the job was done. If you need any roofing related work done do yourself a big favor and call these guys they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thanks to Jesse and the whole crew at Lansard Bros we are so happy with your work and prompt service we have never had this level of customer service in the home repair service industry before 5 out of 5 stars !

We had Lansard brothers come to remove old and install new eavestroughing on the house. They did a great job and explained things well. They cleaned everything up after they were done and hauled all excess away. There were a couple of minor adjustments that needed done after the installation and they were quick to look after those things. I would highly recommend them. Prices very competitive and worth it for a good job!
