The staff at AvantSleep were helpful, and took the time to make sure I understood how to use the device, and explained was happening during my sleep each night.

I was pleased with the sleep therapist assigned to me. She was friendly and open minded. It was as if I was being attended to by a close friend.. in all this is a good place to visit for people with sleep problem.

I was quite impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown by the staff, especially the respiratory therapist Reshi Reddy. I was rather reluctant at the beginning and Reshi was very understanding and supportive to my needs. I now enjoy improved quality of sleep , thanks to Reshi.

Avant Sleep has been absolutely fantastic! I was lucky enough to have been helped by the wonderful Reshi Reddy, who created a personalized plan for me and was incredibly patient and understanding of my specific needs. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of help with their sleep.

I went here to have my machine checked. I moved here 2 years ago and thought it was about time. They accepted me with open arms and my appointment went wonderfully. As I didn't buy my machine here, my appointment was free, the next one will not be. I am eligible to purchase a new machine and I will definitely purchase it here. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The best place to purchase a sleep apnea machine. DM I almost forgot! "Reshi Reddy" was amazing, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks Reshi!

Due to covid there is no in person setup. 2 years ago guy was great. For the past two weeks I have been dealing with some lady over the phone from another province. When I went to pick up machine she didn't input the data on computer properly for insurance. A week ago she said she adjusted the machine and today she tells me she is making the same adjustment? Migraines, pitched nose, and leaking mask all issues I have been dealing with for two weeks. Lady tells me it's working but I can only sleep 3.5 hours a night with it on? When I raised my concerns she yelled at me and told me she had other customers. Talking to someone then dismissing them for a week with severe sleep apnea is not caring. I only write this so doctors in the region will know what is going on here. The company should know this lady is rude, cuts off customers and leaves them hanging without resolution. Oh ya and she proceeded to tell me how great she was at offering me support over email(once a week also?). Basically, just wanted to get me off phone. Instead of wearing a mask and fitting the machine/mask properly to me they will send me a video and get back to me in 8 days.

My husband was referred to AventSleep for a sleep therapy assessment/trial because he was having sleep apnea episodes through the night. He was given a therapist and a CPAP machine to try, with the agreement that his personal therapist would phone every week and touch base. Adjust levels and discuss how things were going with his sleep therapy. Well after about 4 weeks, he never heard from the therapist again. Phoned and left messages, but was never contacted again to discuss anything. He was never told how therapy was going, how things could be improved, or given any more information. Well after about 6 months, a lady from the office called, upset, saying that the machine was needed back months ago and that we would now be charged for it. No mention of what happened as far as therapy went, what the next steps would be. Or any kind of conclusion or what information would be sent to our family doctor. Just that if he wanted a machine, it would cost us out of pocket. That for some reason it would now not be covered under our extended health and but that it could have been before he started his sleep therapy? So my husband took the machine back and contacted our doctor to set up another avenue for sleep therapy That was probably 4 months ago. Today my husband received a short, snippy email saying that his file would be sent to collections, as the machine was never returned and we are now being billed for it. I though, my goodness, how disorganized this is.. But that isn't it. They are dishonest. At first thought, this was a clinic devoted to the health and wellness of people who desperately need some breathing relief. This company is set up simply to sell machines, NOT to help people. Would only recommend if you like snippy emails, and bills for products you don't have. Be my guest

Let me start by saying that as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with kindness. I suffer from sleep apnea due to a brain injury. In August I started a trial cpap machine. Reshi Reddy is my respiratory therapist and I can’t give him a big enough review. 5 starts do not do him justice. He is caring, calls to check in to make sure everything is going well with the machine, adjusts it to your needs and follows up even after you give back the trial machine. Without his continuing efforts and knowledge, I wouldn’t have gotten in to my own machine. Reshi, you are amazing and I wish you the best for the holidays.
