★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called auto spa to move my husband's Dodge Charger to our new house. We haven't run it for about a year so I know it will be challenging and also since the car is kinda low so I was getting concerned. Jason came to the rescue and got the job done with no problems. He was super helpful, friendly and went way above and beyond to deliver excellent service. He also gave some advice about the car and what to look at to get it up and running soon. It was a very pleasant experience today despite of the scorching heat. We will definitely call Auto Spa Towing again in the future if needed and will ask for Jason! Thanks Jason, excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brent was efficient and very friendly. He explained why I need a set of new tires after he showed me the cracks on all tires. He installed the spare tire and knew where to find the necessary tools inside my van. He is knowledgeable and very professional. AMA is fortunate to be a partner of Auto Spa Towing. I definitely highly recommend Auto Spa Towing to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Auto Spa Towing for several years. When I needed my Honda RidgeLine towed to a garage for mechanical work, I called Auto Spa Towing. Michael Donald was there very quickly; and was able to disengage the panic alarm and start the truck rather than tow it. It was then driven to the garage where it needed a new alternator. Thank you Michael for your professional and courteous service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We blew a tire on Highway 1 and pulled over in a gas station in Medicine Hat. We called for roadside assistance and Mike from Auto Spa Towing showed up on time within 25 minutes. He got to work right away and changed our tire. He was fast, professional and friendly. He even went the extra mile and referred us to a place where we could have the blown tire repaired. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Mike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my Yukon hauled to the garage for a starter replacement. Randy came out early in the morning. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with and in no time he had it loaded on the deck in no time and hauled to the shop! Best tow experience I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Medicine Hat this past weekend for a tournament and got a flat tire on my way back to the hotel. I called AMA to send out a tow truck. Michael from Auto Spa Towing was there within 20mins! He got my flat tire off and my spare on in no time. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He made a recommendation for a shop that could help me the next morning which was great considering I was from out of town. I would highly recommend Michael at Auto Spa Towing!!!! Thank you for making an unfortunate situation better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure of the name of the tow truck guy we had, but he was an older man and he was very generous, he helped us with fuel and a battery boost, he is very good at his job, he made sure to keep us warm as it was freezing and he didn’t leave until the truck was all up and running perfect, very very fantastic service we had from them as AMA left us on the side of the road for 6 hours, he followed us to town to make sure we made it to the next fuel station and then still sat there with us to make sure we got back on the road, he was fantastic and ensured we were safe! I was really impressed with their services and especially with this man, very nice and extremely good at his job, he was one of the best tow truck drivers we had! Definitely amazing service especially from this very kind gentleman. If I had his name I would put it down but thank you very much you were amazing and ensured we got back on the road safe!!
