D	D Zed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Auto Rescue for helping us with our shed move. Thank you to Glen for his hard work and skillful maneuvering. We moved a shed from a back yard in PA onto a hillside in the Saskatchewan River Valley. The hill sloped steeply off the backside, and also sloped to the north off the right side. Glen backed backed into place, leveled the deck and slid the shed onto beams so a foundation could be built under it. He then used the trucks block and tackle to square everything off. His skillful maneuvering in the 35 degree hot sun saved us from a weekend of hard dirty work. 5 outa 5 from this family.

I have had few damages done over the years due to new drivers and the manager Doug has gone out of his way to lie about them and I have picture proof of all times so be aware. He has also seen living in there shop in the compound because he is an alcoholic. As he’s been seen wondering around drunk when we have showed up when my daughters car was there in an accident. some drivers have been fantastic over the years but it always seems always new drivers learning. Drivers complain constantly about management can’t seem to keep any decent drivers long. And now I see why the company is known be deadbeat towing company in Saskatchewan because of the way they treat there employees and them telling there experiences to customers and poor quality in management.

The excellent began with Glen coming to tow my bike from the lake to their compound & assuring my bike would be secure. The receptionist at P.A. Auto Rescue was very helpful & informative. I just recently received "peace of mind" from talking with her as she gave me important information regarding the status of my bike. I highly recommend P.A. Auto Rescue as they have excellent customer service & they genuinely care about their customers.

He said a second truck would be out in 15 min. It was over an hour by the time the next driver showed up. With all that said, the drivers were nice, and the guy that finally got me out of the snow was knowledgeable and good to deal with.
e	ethan dusseault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with this company. I got my car stuck in my back alley so I called auto rescue towing for a tow at 830 am. They said "sure we'll have a tow truck driver come." The auto rescue driver showed up at 1130 am, but he wasn't there to help. Instead, the auto rescue tow truck driver is there with BYLAW to SEIZE the vehicle and tow it to impound. The SAME company I called for assistance was there to SEIZE the vehicle. I saw the vehicle being hooked up so I went and talked to both the tow truck driver and Bylaw. I tried explaining the situation to both Bylaw and the tow truck driver, but they both said there's nothing they can do. The driver was rude to me for no reason and didn't take the time to understand. Surely, the company could have called to confirm that I called for assistance that morning, and Bylaw could have canceled the ticket. The premise of the seizure was the vehicle was impeding traffic. Hence, why I called for assistance at 830. I called the city parking division and they explained the cost to retrieve the vehicle is $192. I ended up calling auto rescue towing and they referred me back to the city division. Finally, I don't know who pulled a string, but the ticket was cancelled. Overall, I had a bad experience. Auto Rescue could have increased their communication between the drivers and main office. I get the company is busy with the weather, but that's no excuse for this type of situation.The driver towing with Bylaw could have called the office to confirm I called earlier that morning, especially given that I explained the situation to him, but instead he was rude to me, dismissed what I had to say, and just drove off with my car.
