ACP was very close so I went there to see what they could do for me. Well, they got me in right away, repaired it expertly, quickly and as fairly quoted on price. Very pleased. I recommend Auto Care Plus to everyone.

I had used other Napa Auto care service locations before with much satisfaction. They missed diagnosed my car for the repair. At first I was told that I needed to have the Ignition coil assembly replaced. That wasn't the problem, then they suggested that the camshaft position sensor be replaced, that wasn't it either. My cost was at $1,447.74 and yet my car was not running. When I showed discrepancies in their diagnostics a female technician came in from the service area and tried to bully me and harangue me and question my knowledge. There was no professionalism in the least and all I got for my efforts were angry retorts. We were at an impasse as they would not release my car without full payment. I had to pay $1,447.74 in repairs for a car that was still not fixed. With the help of a professional NAPA Care Auto Pro in Stouffville who had worked on my car for 4.5 years I was able to find the issue over the phone. There was a faulty sensor in the key fob, when I used my other set of keys the car started right up. I started it right up and left their location with no apology for my weeks of frustration and the costs. Fortunately I was able to bring the NAPA Organization into the fold and after careful examination of the facts they reimbursed me the full amount. This whole process was a nightmare.
