R	R N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible people to deal with, had similar experience as the other reviewer where waited and waited for a quote and ended up going with someone else who seems to value potential customers. They were recommended by someone else who ended up regretting going with them for numerous reasons and I can't say I'm too disappointed as they both seemed rather arrogant and full of themselves, Scott in particular. What a piece of work that "man" is. From what I've seen of their work, they're not worth the time, effort, or money when there are numerous others willing to treat potential customers with the respect they deserve. Not bad, but nothing special and in the longterm you'll end up regretting it. Look through a couple of their "good' reviews and you'll figure out pretty quickly that they're not exactly on the level. Good riddance Authentech!
D	Debbie T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good afternoon This is in response to Rebecca N’s recent review: I personally handle the Guest Registrations for Authentech Homes and have for the last 5 years. We do not seem to have a record of any contact from Rebecca N although she claims to have met with Scott. Scott does not recall this name and even if he does not I highly doubt Scott would come across that way to anyone ever. It would be helpful if Rebecca N could please contact our office directly to that we can properly respond to the concerns and allegations in her posted review. With regards to waiting for a quote, Scott if very clear with clients that he does not build everywhere in Kelowna. Authentech Homes exclusively builds in some developments and must focus on those homeowners and homes. With the many years working with Gina and Scott and Authentech Homes I can confidently say I have never found a client or homeowner dissatisfied. In fact, all of our clients (who I work directly with) are all extremely satisfied and many have referred Scott and Authentech Homes to their family and friends who we have also built for. Scott is highly respected by The Canadian Home Builders Association, the building community of Kelowna, retailers, trades, developers and homeowners. Scott, Gina and the team at Authentech Homes provide so much involvement up front in all the decision making that it makes the installation/build process so easy. I personally have had Authentech Homes build my own home and we were absolutely thrilled with the results!

He doesn't even care enough to meet to discuss the issues and will come up with every excuse possible as to why they don't need to correct this deficiency in the house and don't even address it with us. Please beware and stay way from this builder so you don't end up in a similar situation!
