★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience!!! I think my cats love this cat hotel! My best friend and my friends' friends have recommend this cat hotel for many times. Before i selected pet boarding, i visited many cat hotels to see the environment. Finally, i decided to choose this one. The owner said my cats really love making friends with other cats and they played happily. One of my cats has diabetes and needs more attention and care. The owner took care of this cat and injected insulin every day. I appreciated their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my cat Minky at the Aurora Cat Hotel while I was away for a ten day holiday. I was very nervous to leave her as she is diabetic and requires two shots of insulin every day. The ladies at the cat hotel did a fantastic job of taking care of her! They sent me pictures of Minky while I was away in her own room since she has not interacted with other cats before. Minky was returned to me very happy and healthy! I highly reccomend you leave your kitties here while you are away and I will definitely use their services in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about Aurora Cat Hotel (Wendy and Jenny)! Boarding cats is not easy because they are so easily stressed out and don't like change. I feel so fortunate to have found them to take care of my 2 babies. They had an entire room to lounge in. Cat trees. Cat bed. Nice big window. air conditioning. They lived like royalty for the 9 days I had to board them because I was selling my house and was afraid they may be let out or door left open. I'm so grateful. See you again in August. xo

She provided updates and photos of Luna during her stay which added a level of reassurance for us that our little family member was being cared for! Luna came home happy and we'd definitely trust Wendy with her on our next holiday!

They were very nice and understanding of my circumstances and were flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. I really appreciate them being able to pick up my cat and drop her off at late hours in the night when I could t make it home in time. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Noka!!! I'll know who to go for next time!
