โ โ โ โ โ Unreliable. Routinely loses packages in their warehouse, requiring phone calls to find them and request complete delivery. Then does not deliver on arranged date. Will be avoiding using them now after several separate delivery issues. Uncertain if itโs a company wide issue or just the Edmonton warehouse location

โ โ โ โ โ They have an inefficient driver who shows up late at least 3-5 days every month. No reasons. No excuses and Never apologetic . They haven't replaced him at all and that shows they don't care about customer feedback or their image as a business that uphold high regards to efficiency and timely delivery. Undeserving to be involved in healthcare and no respect to their objectives if they allow that driver to continue with his haphazard attitude towards respecting clients delivery times.
