★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do not leave negative reviews withiut first enaging with Management to resolve the issue. But no one got back to us unfortunately. We engaged Intact courier to create a scheduled weekly run for our business. Initially everything was good. The first run the delivery was rescheduled to the next day without notice. In subsequent weeks the deliveries were no shows. Upon inquiring they chalked it up to confirmation issues. Finally, on the third week, even after confirming our scheduled delivery, they were a no show again. They did not return messages by voice-mail or website. Our business had several customer escalation due to the no shows and we had to take staff out to do the delivery runs. What started out promising turned into a very negative experience. We have since switched to ACS Express and are really happy with their courier service.
